At Hitched, we keep pricing transparent so you know exactly what to expect when booking the top mobile event bar in Delaware and the Eastern Shore. Please note: our packages do not include the cost of alcohol. Instead, we provide fully licensed bar service packages, and you’ll supply the alcohol directly.
Any venue in DE/MD that holds a bottle club license will allow you to purchase and deliver your own alcohol on-site. If your caterer carries an off-site liquor license, they are legally required to serve both food and alcohol, which means outside bar services cannot be booked. If you’re unsure, contact us—we’re happy to help navigate this.

The Garden Bar is our elegant standalone bar designed to elevate outdoor celebrations of every kind. Complete with its signature fringe umbrella and clean, classic design, it’s the perfect addition to weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, backyard gatherings, and everything in between. Whether you’re serving handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, wine, or champagne, The Garden Bar creates a beautiful focal point that blends seamlessly into your event while giving guests an unforgettable experience.

The Hitched Pub
Say hello to The Hitched Pub – your pint-sized party starter on wheels. This charming converted camper brings vintage flair and modern convenience to your event, complete with polished wood accents and a welcoming service window that’s perfect for weddings, festivals, and celebrations of all kinds. Cozy yet eye-catching, it’s more than just a bar—it’s a photo-worthy centerpiece that guarantees good times and great drinks wherever it goes.
Bar Packages
Bar Rental – $700
Your choice of our vintage camper bar or rustic wooden bar for 5 hours. Includes 2 professional bartenders
Bartender Rental Only – $250 per bartender
Use your venue’s bar setup with our bartenders (1 bartender per 75 guests recommended.)
Bar Service Add Ons
Bar Supplies (required) – $3.00 per guest
Includes drink mixers (up to 5 mixers), cups, ice, coolers, and fruit garnishes.
Soft Beverages (optional) – $2.50 per guest
Water + 2 soft drinks of your choice served throughout the event.
Champagne Toast (optional) – $75.00
Covers additional coolers, ice, and serving. Client provides champagne.
Champagne Glass Rental (optional) – $200.00 for 150 glasses
Add $25 per each additional 25 guests.
Additional Fees
Alcohol – Supplied by the client
Gratuity (required) – 18% added to your total package
Trash Disposal Fee – $125.00
Covers staff handling and disposing of all alcoholic trash. (Per DE law, caterers not serving alcohol cannot be held responsible for alcohol-related waste.)
